Having been a gym goer and runner most of my adult life, I can honestly say this has given me the best changes both mentally and physically. I pay more attention to my diet whilst not being obsessed with the scales, and love the challenge of pushing myself to progress with workout moves and weights. I won’t be telling you to forget your favourite foods or cut your calories (or your carbs!), because your body needs these things for energy, especially if you’re going to be working yourself harder. Plus, when we restrict, it only makes us want something more, which makes it more likely for us to fall off the wagon. So no, hun, I won’t be denying you a cheeky glass of fizz on a Friday night. Or a Tuesday for that matter. 🤣
Instead, I’ll be advising everything in moderation. A balanced diet that keeps you full provides you with the fuel you need to see some serious results from your workouts.

I'm a fitness instructor (level 2) and personal trainer (level 3), friend.
I'm a mum of two (Lynnie, age 10, and Leo, age 5) and wife to my super supportive husband, Mark!
It’s my passion and purpose to help you become Fit, Fab & Focused, with a fitness membership that you can implement and integrate into your busy (sometimes hectic) life.

I’ve always been into my health and fitness - it’s what brings me joy, and so I’ve never struggled to make time for it, knowing that when I’m dedicating that time to improving myself, I’m showing up better in every instance.
At least that was the case until kid number two came along...
After I had Leo, I found it harder than I ever had before to stick to my fitness regime. knew consistency was key, but I just couldn’t seem to master the mindset necessary to achieve that. And of course, my negative mentality was only made worse by the fact that I had that last bit of baby weight to shift.
I believe us women can be very hard on ourselves sometimes. Not only does everyone else expect so much from us (society, our families - whether consciously or not)... but we also hold ridiculously high expectations for ourselves that are near to impossible to achieve. In my experience, when you set the bar too high in this way, you set yourself up for failure. What I’ve learned through my own fitness journey, and through working with countless clients, is that in order to really have a good go at achieving your goals, you need to break them down into bite size chunks and take it one step at a time.
That’s why I created Fit, Fab & Focused - because I know how overwhelming it can feel to try and take ownership of your fitness journey when you already have so much to tend to. Look at it this way - I was a fitness professional, and even I found it hard to get back on track, so it’s no wonder other women out there struggle too. They either stay stuck and do nothing, believing they don’t have the capacity to handle anything else, or they dabble here and there, flip flopping from one fad diet to the next and yo-yoing in weight.
The tools I teach inside of Fit, Fab & Focused are tried, tested and designed to help you become happier and healthier in every way (mentally and physically!). Knowing how busy us mums are, it was important for me to create something that would fit into our schedules and work on our terms, and that’s exactly what this one-of-a-kind membership will provide you with.

I know it can be hard to make a financial commitment for yourself when you have children/work to think about. Which is exactly why the investment for Fit, Fab & Focused is so affordable. It’s also why you have the option to cancel any time you like. As much as this membership is all about keeping you accountable and not making excuses, I do understand that life happens, so if you need to leave at any time, you’re welcome to do so - no questions asked. And it goes without saying that me and the LKB community will be there to welcome you with open arms if you decide to return!

Total body conditioning with slow and controlled exercises. I change the workouts regularly but always make sure we cover all areas of the body each week. We want results after all! 👊 👊 👊
I will go live in the exclusive Facebook group 3 times a week. You’re welcome to join me there and then, but if you can’t make it, they’re saved in the membership area, like I said, for you to revisit at any time!
We have all levels of fitness within Fit, Fab & Focused. My workouts are designed for both beginners and more advanced - I always offer modifications so there’s something to suit everyone.
You will get out what you put in. Your goals are personal to you, and when you train is down to you. Completing your workouts at the same time each week isn't key, but being consistent and MAKING TIME for them IS and will bring you better results.
No! This is just you in your own home, following me! You can see me - I can't see you! Although sometimes I may make out I can see you, just to push you that little bit more! 😜
We often like to hit the glute area to boost that booty - in order to get a more intense workout - I highly recommend a glute loop resistance band. 🍑 You can find these over on the LKB Shop at www.lkbfitness.co.uk
We work with weights a lot! Why? Because resistance training is key to a healthy lifestyle and fat loss. If you don't have weights - you can always make things work that you have around the house! E.g. Fill up some empty plastic bottles, fill a bag with some books etc.
